RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you wish to return an unworn, unwashed, unused item (“Unwanted Item”), you may do so by sending us back the Unwanted Item within 30 days from day of purchase, in accordance with the following instructions:
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Once we process your Return Form, you will receive a pre-paid stamp via email with the shipment return address from us. Please note that the stamp’s cost will be deducted from your refund sum (the “Deducted Sum”). Nonetheless, you will be credited with the Deducted Sum on your next purchase with the bornndraised.com and your credit will remain effective for 6 months, as of the return date.
3. Send us the unwanted Item using the pre-paid stamp in its original package
4. Please note that it may take up to 14 days, from the day we receive the item, to process your return request.
If you wish to exchange an Unwanted Item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your original order in accordance with the return instructions above, and provided that we have the new item in the size and color you wish to purchase. If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, you will be provided with a refund instead. If you wish to exchange your Unwanted Item with a different one, and the item you choose is priced differently from the Unwanted Item, you'll need to return the Unwanted Item for a refund and place a new transaction.
SALE ITEMS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
■ Unless you received a damaged item, sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
■ We offer an automatic one-time price adjustment, for an item which was purchased within 48 prior to the item’s mark down to sale.
